If you use AdWords or AdSense, you've probably heard of a new practice in her hell called "click fraud". But what is click fraud and how is it done?

Well, AdSense uses a pricing mechanism that awards a certain amount of money to the publisher (who has an AdSense banner on the page) every time a user clicks on the specified database. Thus, click fraud is an attempt to get people to click on ads in order to get more profit.

Some people create websites for the sole purpose of fraudulently generating income using the Google AdSense program. These users receive an incredible number of clicks using a variety of methods, both complex and sophisticated, as well as elementary and simple.

One of the most difficult is the use of so-called "hit bots". These are automated programs that emulate AdSense banners in chat (there are some that actually click on banners).

The Google AdSense protection system is far from perfect, and almost anyone can find detailed information on how to bypass the protection mechanism, ironically by doing a simple Google search.

Another, the more primitive method is to attract a certain number of people in a poor country to click on links on your site. This means that these people are sitting around all day, relaxing and socializing so that you can make a fortune. They come from very poor areas of India, and their salary is only $0.50 per hour.

Of course, there is a problem with this mechanism. When Google makes several clicks from the same address, the address and the place where the AdSense banner was placed are prohibited, and illegal behavior may even lead to the fraudster being held accountable.

Whatever it is, according to many, the use of multiple proxy servers causes problems on earth. In fact, these are Trojans located on computers all over the world (but mainly in the USA). What is even more discouraging is that these clicks seem to be coming from a real computer, so these fraudulent activities are very difficult to detect.

And I don't think this happens only in isolated cases. There is a lot of illegal activity in this area.

In fact, there are so many of them that if search companies don't beef up their security programs like AdSense, it could become even more disruptive.

Google has a very strict policy and clicks on fraud, and now it is being accused of using skills. But while the search engine giant is doing its best to minimize the risk of click fraud, there is still plenty of room for improvement.

It is estimated that more than 20 percent of clicks on the AdSense link are made with the sole purpose of getting money from the person who pays for advertising. Some believe that the number of fraudulent clicks is also doubling.

There are many other click fraud schemes, such as groups of AdSense publishers clicking on each link (the so-called "click circle") or sending spam to get people to click on these links.

Although Google still keeps immigration fraud on a short leash, this phenomenon has certainly caused concern to advertisers in AdWords, but despite this, advertising using Google AdSense is still more useful for the advertiser compared to traditional non-targeted advertising strategies.

There are safeguards for this, and all advertising must be reasonable enough to use them. Many advertisers prefer to completely avoid the content network for fear of click fraud.
